The 2010 AIFF Club World Cup Final was the conclusion of the inaugural AIFF Club World Cup on 30 August 2010 in which the Freeport Sounders FC won 3–2 in extra time over Kasaba Bay FC at the Dawson Bowl in Dawson, Duwamish.

Kasaba initially led 2–0 by halftime, but two goals by Freeport forced extra time and Sunkte Saathoff scored the winning penalty in the 111th minute after he was taken down by a defender in the box and goalkeeper Xolani Jengo unknowingly using his hands outside of the box.

The Final was played on 30 August 2010 at the Dawson Bowl in Dawson, Duwamish. Escambian team Freeport Sounders FC won 3–2 after extra time over Kasaba Bay FC of Jumaane in front of 103,978 spectators, a record for people watching live soccer in Duwamish.

The game began with the Sounders kicking off and attacking towards the Kasaba Bay goal, creating several chances in the first ten minutes, most being saved by goalkeeper Xolani Jengo. In the 15th minute, Kobina Kato stole a ball from Freeport defender Emerson Lester and shot 30 yards outside of Christopher Jansen's goal and scored, giving Kasaba a 1–0 lead. Unathi Kojo extended the lead to 2–0 in the 21st minute off a free kick given for a tackle outside of the box. The half ended after two minutes of overtime with Kasaba leading 2–0 over Freeport.

During the early minutes of the second half, Freeport had possession of the ball and attempted to score several times, but Jengo saved all attempts. In the 61st minute, Freeport captain Sunkte Saathoff received a pass from Sam Lester in between the Kasaba defense and scored to make it 2–1. Sam Lester headed in the ball into Jengo's goal in the 73rd minute for the equalizer off a Saathoff corner kick, forcing extra time. In the 110th minute, Saathoff attempted to score outside of the box, but was taken down by Kasaba defender Fungai Itumeleng, who received a yellow card, and goalkeeper Xolani Jengo retrieved the ball with his hands outside of the penalty box and was sent off on handball. Saathoff scored the winning goal from the awarded free kick in the 111th minute, giving the Freeport Sounders a 3–2 win.
