The Insulo Men's National Football team, managed by the Insulo National Football Confederation (INFC), has represented Insulo in the AIFF since October 3 2010. The team is coached by José Alexander, coach of AC Erikkson in the Insulo Football League (IFL), which is expected to soon apply to merge into the Devine Premier League (DPL) prior to the 2011 season. The team is captained by veteran left striker Vincent Snelling of Nueva Valencia FC, and vice-captained goalkeeper Enrique Gonzales of Nueva Valencia FC. Much of the story of Insulo in the AIFF remains to be written, and Insulonians are hopeful for success.
History
2010
The Insulo Men's National Football Team's first International matchup came on September 18 2010, with a 2–1 victory over Linktoria in the first game played in Atlantica Financial Field, the Insulo Simlympic Stadium and home of the national team.
August 2010 Simlympics
The Petrova Simlympics were saw the international football debut of Insulo. They won their group going undefeated in group play:

They then advanced to the quarterfinals, where they were defeated by Jumaane 3-0, much to the disappointment of Insulonian fans.
AIFF Tropics Cup
During the national team's first official tournament game, at Don Fierro Stadium in New Chandler on October 3 for the Tropics Cup, Insulo won 1–0 over Central Texas, with Vincent Snelling scoring in the 25th minute and the defense preventing an answer. They however, failed to advance to elimination rounds with loses to Shustrepistaz and Rhodes. They finished 3rd in their group.
